A tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with the order. Please allow 7-20 bussiness days for your order to arrive once shipped. Arrival times may vary based on location depending on where you live.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing.
Please contact your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and/ or file a lost package report. We are not responsible for any incorrectly inputed addresses. International orders maybe subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control.

We do not accept returns or refunds due to reasons such as a change of mind, dislike of the item, or incorrect sizing. We strongly encourage customers to carefully check sizing and product details before placing an order.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is received in a defective or damaged condition due to our manufacturing process. We are NOT responsible for damage caused by the shipping company. We only support you with the shipping company's contact information to resolve the issue yourself.
